These Terms of Use for Wooricare Paid Services (“Terms”) govern the use of the Paid Service provided by Woorien Co., Ltd.(“Company”). By agreeing to these Terms, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by them. If the Customer does not agree to these Terms, they may not access or use the Paid Services.

1.
Paid Services
1.1.
The scope of Paid Services is as follows:
(1)
Paid Service refers to the provision of Report(s) based on CT images taken using veterinary CT equipment (Myvet CT i3D and Myvet CT Plus), which are provided to veterinary clinics and distributors who use such equipment, upon the use of Tickets.
(2)
Report(s) will be provided in English.
(3)
The Customer may request one Report per case, covering up to five (5) image series taken on the same day from the same animal.
(4)
Reports will be provided within either 24 hours (“1-day Report”) or 72 hours (“3-day Report”) from the time of request. Requests are only processed during business hours (09:00–18:00 KST); if received outside of business hours, the processing time will begin at 09:00 KST on the next business day.
(5)
Requests for Reports must be submitted through the Company’s website (URL). The Customer shall check the Report within the designated time period and, if there are any questions, contact the Company through the contact information provided.
(6)
Terms refers to any effective version of these Terms of Use applicable to Customer.
1.2.
Any terms not defined herein shall be interpreted in accordance with the Company’s General Terms and Conditions, applicable laws, and regulations. In the absence of such definitions, commercial practices shall apply.

2.
Fee and Payment
2.1.
The Ticket types of Paid Services and applicable fees are as specified in the table below:

2.2.
The fee shall be paid through the credit card payment system supported on the Company’s website.
2.3.
All payments must be made in advance. The Paid Services will not be provided until full payment has been successfully processed.
2.4.
If payment is not completed due to issues such as insufficient funds, expired card, or technical failure, the Company shall not be obligated to provide the Paid Service, and the request shall be deemed invalid.
2.5.
The Company reserves the right to change the fees or payment methods at its discretion, in which case such changes shall be notified in advance through the Company’s website or other appropriate means.

3.
Refund
3.1.
By purchasing the Paid Service, the Customer acknowledges and expressly agrees that the Service will be provided immediately upon purchase. Accordingly, once the Service has commenced, the Customer is not entitled to any refund, cancellation, or modification of the Paid Service, unless otherwise expressly required by applicable laws.
3.2.
If the payment was made by credit card, the refund process, including timing and any applicable fees, shall be subject to the policies of the relevant credit card issuer or payment processor.

4.
Customer Service for Reports
4.1.
Currently, no reply or inquiry function is available within the system. If you have any questions regarding the Report, you may contact the Company directly via the following channels:

When contacting the Company by phone, international calling charges may apply depending on the Customer’s location and service provider. The Customer shall be solely responsible for any such charges.
4.2.
The Company will make reasonable efforts to respond to inquiries as promptly as possible; however, response times may vary depending on the nature of the inquiry and availability of personnel.
4.3.
The Company does not guarantee that all inquiries will be responded to, and shall not be held liable for any damages arising from delayed or unanswered communications.

5.
Limitation of Service and Disclaimer
5.1.
The Paid Services are available only on business days based on Korea Standard Time (KST), and requests will be processed between 09:00 and 18:00 KST.
5.2.
The Company shall not be held liable for any delays, data loss, or other issues caused by the Customer’s negligence, including but not limited to incorrect submissions, failure to verify reports within the designated time, or misuse of the system.
5.3.
The Company shall not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from temporary interruptions, maintenance, or technical issues related to the Company’s website or systems, unless caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence of the Company.
5.4.
The Company makes no guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy, or clinical usefulness of the Report, and the final responsibility for clinical decisions shall rest with the veterinary professional using the Report.

6.
Miscellaneous
6.1.
Any terms and conditions not defined herein shall be governed by the Company’s Terms and Conditions (available at [URL]). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Company’s Terms and Conditions, the latter shall prevail.
